My near-OCD thing first made me convert ALL my files to iPhone format. Then I deleted it all and downloaded it all again in standard definition. Then I added all the album art-work and meta tags only to delete all the video’s once again and replace them all with HD video’s. It’s a hell of a lot-a work but it’s worth it. Trust me.

Damn, I thought I was the only one as well. I’m really obsessive about album art, but even more about my movies. I got 85 (all HD) movies in my iTunes, all with cover art and all the tags (Actors, Producers, Screenwriters, Descriptions, etc.), but one thing that really bothers me is that I can’t find a way to add the HD tag to them. Do you know of any application able to do this?

Man i thought i was weird having doing everything you do…tidying up itunes but i aint. i hate looking at my iphone and seeing wrong artists, albums and no cover art. im soon buying a new computer so i can put my whole dvd collection into itunes. thanx for you help!!!

what do you use for the tags? i have no idea how iTunes tags there movies, and to get the album art i have to tag them correctly. how do you tag them? Also, how did you get the album art to?

Followed your advice on this post a couple of weeks ago and it really work out for me. Visual hub is a great app when you have a fast computer. I had so meny movies on diffent formats now I got them all on iTunes ready for my Apple Tv and Iphone. Thanks! great post!

There’s been several movies that I’ve been tempted to add to my iTunes collection but have been reluctant to do so because of the amount of space that it’ll take. I don’t have an Apple TV at the moment and I don’t find myself watching movies on my MBP that often. Nevertheless, I am a neat freak and so regardless of what I decide to do later on, you get bet it’ll be well organized as well.
