Coz I want to put another (windows based) operating system on it so I can boot my computer off it (its miniPE for those that have heard of it). On the one hand, I can't see it doing anything bad, but I don't want to lose all my stuff (it's happened b4 on my iPod)... If someone could post with their opinion, it would be much appreciated. The way I see it, the iPod is essentially a large capacity external harddisk with the capability to play music and video. Oh, I got the 160gb version. 10 gb for my audio. 4gb for audio bibles. Some videos, my installers and other files. 17gb free. :) I got the classic also.
