• We accept returns on any items that are DOA, not as described or have shipping damages. Please contact us for return instruction and RMA return numbers. Items returned without preapproved RMA case number will not be processed. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. We do detailed inspections on all returned items. Please make sure to return all original parts and accessories as received. We will reject returns that are not in their original sold condition.

• There is no sales tax on this item. Payments are due 8 days after sales end. Most multiple item purchases may be paid for on one invoice. There is a limit of 20 items per invoice. We only accept verified paypal account payments. This includes local pick-up items. We do not accept cash on pick-up.

• Invoice will be automatically combined for multiple items, combined shipping charges will also be applied. We do not offer combine shipping discount on any combined order. Please contact us via message if you have any questions regarding invoice or shipping.
• We ship Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive cleared payment. Delivery estimates begin from the date the item is processed. We offer USPS and FedEx Ground shipping service options. Please see the Shipping Information tab for shipping details about this specific item.
• If item is listed as LOCAL PICKUP, it is only available for local pickup at our South San Francisco, CA warehouse. We do not offer shipping on any local pickup item.
