We offer a 90 day warranty on all hardware issuesfor our computers. If you experience any difficulties, contact our customerservice department by sending us a message through . All returns require aRMA number, which can be obtained by contacting us through messages.Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problemscaused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components incomputer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with productspurchased elsewhere will not by covered by our warranty.Laptopbatteries are not covered under our warranty. The amount of time that laptopbatteries hold a charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries willhold a charge, but we cannot guarantee the amount of time.
