Our motherboards come to us in bulk directly from our HP supplier and can be a mixture of brand new motherboards along with some that are disassembled from new laptops in an HP certified environment. You will receive a new motherboard; in some cases the item may have been previously installed in a laptop. All of our motherboards are fully guaranteed by our replacement policy, as your satisfaction is important to us! Shipping UPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is available on all items shipping to addresses within the U.S. For a UPS order you must pay for the item by 4:00 PM CST for your item to be shipped that day and for USPS your order must be paid by 2:00 PM CST for your item to be shipped that day. You do NOT need to contact us to arrange for overnight shipping; simply purchase the item you want and choose "Next Day Air" shipping at the checkout.

UPS does not ship to "P.O. Box addresses". If your order has a "P.O. Box address" for the ship-to address, and you have chosen UPS shipping, we reserve the right to ship your order with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Surepost instead which can delay the shipment 1 day. To prevent this substitution, please provide a physical shipping address for all UPS orders.
