1. Resistance to vibration test and technical graphs

Confirmation of the project:

After the test, it should meet the general performance requirements, appearance should not have the Defect to affect the actual action and the energized image function is normal.

2. Humidification and caloric test & graphs

Project & test conditions:

Set the temperature is 70℃ to -40℃ and time is 2 hours as a circle. In the non-energized state to operate 60 circles. Then after 60 circles, put the camera in the condition of -10℃ to operate for 120H, each 24H verify related functionality.

Confirmation of the project:

After the test, all the functions of the camera should meet the requirements of general performance. There should be no defect on the appearance to affect the actual action or any blur (condensation) phenomena.

3. Continuous high temperature operation test and technical graphs

Project & test conditions:

Place the camera under a humidified ambient temperature of +85 ℃ for one hour, then energized it for 96 hours. External power supply voltage of 12V DC.

Confirmation of the project:

Function can be confirmed after energizing for 96 hours. When back to room temperature, it should meet the general requirements of performance and there should be no defect on the appearance to affect the actual action.

4. Low Temprature continuous operation test& diagram of curves

Project & test conditions:

Put the camera at the environment of absence of humidity and the temperature is around -40℃ for an hour, then energized it for 96 hours. External power supply voltage is 12V DC.

Confirmation of the project:

After energized for 96 hours to confirm the function. Back to the room temperature, all the functions should meet the requirements of general performance. Appearance should not have the defect to affect the actual action.

5. Momentary power cut test and additional electrostatic test chart.

A. Momentary power cut

Project & test conditions:

External power supply voltage 12V DC at standard temperature condition, momentary power cut for 10msec. Setting one circle of power supply and momentary power cut for 3 sec, and testing 10 times. The temperature: -30℃, 25℃, 85℃.

Confirmation of the project:

After 10 circles tests, according to the quality reliability, there will be no obvious differences of the image texture. After the test, all the functions should meet the requirements of general performance.

B. Additional electrostatic test chart

6. Waterproof test & Diagram of curves

Project & test conditions:

Put one meter deep water into a container, the place 3 cameras at 1.0m, 0.8m, 0.5m three positions for 60 minutes then take them out of the water.

Confirmation of the project:

After the test, the inner box should not have water and the lens face shall not be fuzzy.
