This does power on, but has lines going across the screen. You will need a 90V adapter for this. We are selling it as is for parts/repair only. Blem and lines on the screen.:

3. How soon will you ship it? We ship within 1 business day of paymentreceived. Our orders are pulled at 8amso if your payment is received after that, it will ship on the following day. We are closed on weekends and holidays sopayments received after 8am on Fridays, will ship by 3pm on Mondays.

5. What if I change my mind on apurchase? If it issold with a warranty, you can return it to us for a refund of the purchaseprice. There is a $10 restockingfee. Original shipping isnon-refundable. We do not accept returns on items sold as is.

*Refunds: If an item is returned to us, retested and isworking, then the return shipping is non-refundable. If it is NOT working, then we will refundyour return shipping cost and ONLY with an approved RMA #.

7. The shipping seems high, can youadjust it?Occasionally, we miss the mark with the shipping charges and we dorefund when it has been overpaid. This requires a lot of bubble wrap, foam, andoften a double walled box.
