Used Grade A quality means excellent overall condition and will show very minor signs of wear.

Our quality control process certifies the following:

• Screen: No scratches, chips or scuff marks on glass. It will have NO dead pixels and the picture does not have \"screen burn\". The screen has a the correct level of contrast and brightness consistent with its age. The LCD Display will NOT have light or dark patches (bruising) which may affect the picture quality.
• Casing: Very minor scratches or scuff marks on the shell. All trim and plastic are intact with no cracks or breaks in the plastic.
• Bottom-line: The screen will be like new, the only signs of use will be in the bezel and the stand and that will be very minimal.

Used GRADE B quality means good overall condition and will show minor signs of wear.

• Casing: Very minor scratches or scuff marks on the shell. All trim and plastic is intact with no cracks or breaks in the plastic.
