This item is shipped by FedEx SmartPost. FedEx SmartPost items are picked up by FedEx Ground and then transferred to your local Post Office for final delivery.

Our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States. The item purchased will typically be delivered in 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after shipment. Combined shipping is not guaranteed even if multiple items are paid with the same payment.

All items above $750 require a signature at delivery.

All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.

FedEx delivery schedules do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. FedEx transfer and delivery schedules only include business days (Monday-Friday). Once a package is transferred to your local Post Office, Saturday delivery is available.

Warranty

For functionality, this item comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images may need to be sent through the member to member communication system.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
