Up for sale is a versatile mini / micro form factor IBX-530B PC that measures about 8\" x 4.5\" x 1.5\" so it can hide almost anywhere for really clean \"invisible\" installs.
It comes with no operating system installed, but with the right software and maybe a memory upgrade, this makes a great platform for multiple OSes. This could probably be a decent Windows PC with a larger compact flash card installed (pulls out from an easy to open side access hole), but could also be a Linux box which is what was previously installed on here. See the official stats below, which state that Windows CE and Embedded XP are supported on these as well.
Here\'s what it does have: 4 USB slots (2 front, 2 back), a VGA video connection, 2 network ports for flexibility in networking options (maybe joined render farms possibly?), 2 Serial Ports, 1 ESATA port, and an audio jack. There are a few more connections INTERNALLY as well including a standard SATA port. Comes with 4gb compact flash card as the hard drive though much larger cards are widely available and cheap for an easy and valuable upgrade. Comes with originally included software CD and the power adapter.
Has an Intel Atom 1.6 ghz processor and 1gb of RAM which you could also cheaply upgrade.
