All drives are fully formatted using a Three Pass software to Ministry of Defence standards and can be supplied with a \'Certificate of Authentication\' for an additional fee of £3 per drive. All drives will be completely blank and do NOT have any operating system installed.

We only use national couriers such as Citylink, UPS and Royal Mail to get your goods quickly and safely delivered to your doorstep. All items paid for before 2PM weekdays will be dispatched the same day! You will always be informed of the dispatch via . If an item is over 2KG once packaged or/and larger than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm then the item will be delivered using UPS or Citylink rather than Royal Mail.

COLLECT IN PERSON:

Collection in person is available on all of our listings, however if you choose to collect then it is CashOnly. There is also a one-off £2 admin fee / handling chargeapplicable on all collections.

Our Return Policy

If you have a problem with your item please contact us ASAP via messages only (we don\'t use \'direct emails\', only the messaging service) and we promise always to do our absolute upmost to rectify any issue you may have. If you do wish to return the item it needs to be returned within 5 days of us being notified of your intent to return. If returned in working order with a fault through user error, the initial postage cost and resending cost will be down to the buyer. The return postage in all cases will remain with the buyer.
