Returns and ExchangesWe guarantee all systems against D.O.A.(not working). In the very unlikely event of a system arriving D.O.A, an RMA must be obtained and we will replace with exact item. RMA requests for D.O.A. must be received within 2 business days of receipt. Any damage or loss during shipping will be handled with the carrier and we will coordinate that with you and the carrier.
Any other returns must be in NEW, SEALED, Unopened packaging and we must be contacted for an RMA within 14 days of receipt. All returns within 14 days will be refunded minus shipping plus an 20% restocking fee after receipt and verification.
Any returns that are not in NEW, SEALED condition, will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
