SHIPPING POLICIES
- To our international customers, we use DHL Express for your worldwide shipments. Please message us and ask for a precise shipping cost so we can calculate and let you know.
- We may use UPS, FedEx or USPS for domestic shipments according to item's weight and dimensions. Please ask for availability if you need the item overnight.
- We only ship the purchased items to the address that is written in the order.
RETURN POLICIES
- Please give us a chance to solve the problem before opening a case for the order. We have a dedicated customer service team to assist you.
- Please make sure to send the RMA item with it's original boxes and accessories.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping and we may charge a 20% re-stocking fee if the returned item does not have any defects. We don't charge any fee if the problem that occured is our fault.
