Item is guaranteed to to be in working order (not DOA) unless stated otherwise. Everything we sell is tested before packaging and we have never had any returns due to damaged goods, but if, for some reason, your purchase does arrive DOA, please let us know within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that some Items we sell have tamper proof stickers placed on them. Please do all testing before you remove them. No return will be accepted for any item that is presumed tampered with.
Shipping
The item will be shipped via USPS with economy shipping unless otherwise stated. If you would like a different shipping option or would like to add insurance, please let me know before or after sale end so a quote can be given for extra shipping. Please be advised that if an item is shipped without insurance, no refund will be given in the case of loss or damage.
Signature conformation is also encouraged. It is an extra $2.70 to add, but if you don\'t want it, please be sure to be home when package arrives, or call ahead to scheduled a pickup if you are not going to be home.
Returns
If you feel you have made a mistake in ordering, please let us know immediately. We do accept returns, but we ask that you pay shipping both ways. Other than that, you will be given a full refund as long as the item returns to us in it\'s original condition.
