• We do accept returns up to a period of 14 days from the delivery date.

• Items returned due to a defect or functionality issue will be taken back without the buyer being responsible for the return shipping.

• For all other returns buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns other than defect / functionality issue.

• Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST.

• We are closed on all major US bank, public and federal holidays.
