It\'s like opening an iMac pizza

• The unique design of the Late 2012 iMacs requre the cutting of the foam tape on the display to get inside.
• This tool comes in two parts:
  • The handle is made of tough, laser-cut Delrin and easily accommodates the cutting wheel while providing plenty of grip.
  • The cutting wheel is specifically designed to slip in the hair-thin gap between the display and the aluminum frame, then easily cut the foam holding the two pieces together.
  • Not recommended for slicing pizzas, except maybe really thin ones.

What carrier do you use?

All items shipped to a physical address within Australia go via Star Track Express (Air Courier). Items sent to PO Boxes are sent via Australia Post Express Post.

All items shipped to International addresses outside of Australia go via FedEx (Air Courier). Sorry we cannot ship to international PO Boxes.

Most of the memory returned to us is not actually defective. These simple troubleshooting solutions help most of our customers solve any problems they run in to. Types of Returns
Returns generally fall into two categories: 1. Warranty Replacements

To qualify for a warranty replacement:

1. The fault must be due to a manufacturer\'s defect when shipped.
2. Misuse, mishandling, or wrongful installation will void the warranty.

Before you request a return...

2. Refund or credit

To qualify for a refund:

For memory module(s)...

1. The module(s) be purchased from RamCity Australia.
2. The module(s) must have been purchased less than 90 days from the date of your refund request.
3. The product must be in as-new condition, with all packaging undamaged.
4. Modules with damaged or opened packaging may be returned, but a minimum restocking fee of $15AUD applies.
5. The module(s) must include the original packaging.

For all other products:

1. All other products cannot be returned for a refund if the packaging has been opened or the product used in some way.
2. If the product has not been opened, then it can be returned if it has been purchased less than 14 days from the date of your refund request.
3. The product must be unopened, including all the original packaging and any included software CD\'s.

If you purchased more than 14/90 days ago...

The product cannot be returned for a refund. However, if there is a problem you can still request a warranty replacement.
