This monitor can be adjusted to a comfortable eye level. The picture is sharp and brilliant. The tray at the bottom is a great idea to hold pens, pencils, erasers, etc. so the your desk is less cluttered. I recommend this monitor to anyone who wants a great picture and less neck ache from holding your head at an uncomfortable angle. I love this monitor!

Love this monitor! I bought this monitor used on eBay. I was unaware of some of the features until it arrived. Easily adjustable height, rotating screen, usb hub and storage tray makes this one a real steal. Really.. a great bargain. Display is big and bright and very sharp and clear. Would recommend this to anyone. I have other monitors that are widescreen but the display on this is as good or better. Buy it, new or used, you can't go wrong.
I love my Hewlett Packard L1940T 19 inch LCD Monitor, I am able to ajust the the monitor up and down and I can even rotate the screen. This monitor even has USB ports and the stands shape can even hold misc. items and my cell phone when I am working on on computer and these items are not in my way. I bought this monitor because it had everything I wanted in a monitor and there is nothing I hate about this monitor and I would recommend this monitor to anyone wanting to up grade their monitor. I bought my first L1940T back in 2006 for $255 (about $313 in 2018 dollars). I finally picked up another one on eBay to make a dual-monitor setup. These still rate quite high in my book because they were well made. Compared to most of the cheap monitors today, they feel premium now compared to the newer stuff I see at work. Full adjustability and a USB hub for mouse / keyboard connections are nice touches that help make your PC setup more flexible.

This is my #2 L1940T. I use it to "work from home" every day. Works very well. The only issue was to connect to laptop with HDMI. The "HDMI TO VGA HDMI Male To VGA Female Converter Adapter" worked. I also bought #3 since I figured out how to connect it. The #1 which I bought two years ago died recently.
