We have about 60 of these. We switched to them after Dell reliability went down the drain. The picture is acceptable and we haven't lost any in over two years (we are a public K-5 elementary school). The things I don't like? It's feels lightweight and flimsy, it seems to confuse users about getting it out of sleep mode. In our case anything inexpensive ($150 or less) that will take the beating things get around here is going to be OK. We had 2-3% failure with the Dell monitors we were using every year - and the Dell support has really gotten awful. We haven't lost any of these at all, so I don't even know what ViewSonic support is like. It's a basic "get it done" monitor that will do the job and take abuse without breaking for a low price.
Great overall monitor for the price
