Firstly, this monitor is great. Full 1080p with HDMI, and VGA input that is switchable. It is crisp, colors are vivid, response time is decent and the built in speakers are clear and produce quality sound. The only reason that I gave this a good rating as opposed to excellent is that I bought this one to use with another one I already had for a dual monitor display. The only problem with them is that the bezels are huge and gives me about two inches of separation between the actual screens. Not really a big deal since I mostly use the setup to do graphics and other work but trying to watch video across them is a little annoying (and likely would be the same for gamers looking for multi-monitor functionality.) But really most of the video out there is 1080p or less so typically one screen is good to watch video while the other is useful for everything else. Received the monitor. Appearance looks great. Monitor works well. Box package was beat up upon receipt, perhaps due to shipping, but item was wrapped well to prevent damage. Satisfied.

This is the first product I've purchased through e-Bay and I couldn't be happier. It replaced my old Dell monitor that everybody owns at one time and wish they never had. Having purchased the hp 23, I really was going to let my 10 year old boy use it with his ps3, but after I connected it to my computer, it was all she wrote. I can sit back in my chair now and read the screen with ease, a vivid colorful picture that makes my photo gallery awesome. Now the only problem is I got to find a good monitor for the ps3. I feel that I definately purchased a nice product for a reasonable price. I'm not any high-tech. guy, but I know this monitor, with the warrenty, couldn't be better for what I need.
I was totally surprised but well pleased with way the monitor was protected inside the box with styrofoam and bubble wrap!!! The monitor did not suffer any freight damage ...thanks again

This was a great purchase. The color and crispness of the picture is terrific. Easy to use and hook up. Much cleared than the dull finish screens from the other brands. It's great to be able to pull up two Excel spreadsheets and be able to work on them side by side, with each one almost looking like a full size screen shot. This was a reconditioned monitor and you could barely tell it had been used at all. It basically looked and performed like it was brand new.
