The shipment was reasonable and within the promised time. When I opened the computer, I found a significant discrepancy between labels on the documents, eBay listing, and actual hardware. All listing information on eBay misleads buyers and works as a fishing hook. Apparently, hundreds of buyers were deceived by this description. The description says the HD has 3TB but realistically 1TB. I was even willing to pay more for 2 TB, but this option is inactive.

Worst customer service ever! Inaccurate item description. I bought 2 of these PCs and they both came with only the standard VGA and DP ports for display connections. No HDMI. However, only the VGA port is working (I had to test with a friend's monitor which has the standard VGA as my monitors are not equipped with the standard VGA port - only DP and HDMI). I contacted the seller about the non functioning DP and my messages have just been ignored since. My only option now is to have it returned.

PC came with basic but helpful setup documentation along with desktop shortcuts to relevant Blair Tech web pages. Everything was as advertised. The PC booted up right out of the box and has performed flawlessly thus far. There are a lot of PC refurbishers out there but after some investigation I decided to go with Blair Tech, and I'm glad I did. Would highly recommend this vendor.
