I was not aware they didn't come with batteries but I got some and they seem ok not to sure finding things will be that easy as it pin points within a few feet.

Although I gave a nice positive feedback for this tracker, I had not tested it to work properly. It showed up on the Google Map noting my correct location, but it never showed movement when the tracker was moved to a different location. Therefore, it is worthless to find an object or animal, child or anything else. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

This gadget seemed very interesting when I bought it but I have never been able to install it. The explanation on how to install is so small you cannot read it and it is so complicated that I soon gave up. However, I must admit that given to a youngster, it did the trick and found it fantastic. I would recommend for young drivers with good eyesight!
