this is a great little speaker for bookshelf size they have great mids and highs and a tight little thump for light bass good fill in for surround sound use these for sides and rears and drive them in 7.1 stereo as well have had them for years and have had no complaints!feel they out perform sattelite set ups because of the dynamic range ... they are not as good as full sized speakers imho size does matter when it comes to speakers ! however space matters as well if you have the space and don't mind the looks of them i recomend them! cube systems with subs i feel miss alot of range... the little cubes can give good to great highs and some mids but fall short on the bump!and rely on the subs for that! ive gone that way before but came back to bigger and the klipsch has never disappointed me i drive these with a rc3 II center and forte II fronts with some definitive technology studio monitors up front but higher for fill in and range... the klipsch can handle 75 watts rms and have driven them hard with no complaints! whether filling in for suuround sound or a setup for moderate listening could add a small sub for range if necessary or a big one for thunder or like me i have small, medium, and large it's great to feel it and hear it!Read full review

i thought my cerwin vegas were good, then i plugged in the klipsch, wow.for something that small, amazing sound quality.cant wait for my better receiver to arrive.
Love the sound and overall quality. Good thing we have a universal remote so we don't have to worry about losing its tiny remote. I'd buy it again.
