This is about the seller because I have not tested the product yet. I have never had anything shipped to me with more care than this seller put into my package. Factory package was already excellent but this seller went way beyond to protect it. They could have dropped this thing from 30k feet into the Mississippi and it wouldn't have been damaged or got wet. Seller provided tracking number and customer support info without me ever asking for it. My best online shopping experience ever by far.

The item does not simply plug in as there is no power connecter to plug into. It shows in the images of the "Black -, Red + and yellow for accessory just plugging into another connecter but it doesn't exist... I tried messaging on monday about this and all i got was nonstop messages stating they are open M-F on chinese time. It's been 4 days now and no response. No support, useless product. Buy a decoder box from a different well known company, these chinese sellers can't do anything right.
