My review is for a P_U_M_P_K_I_N (brand) 1080P Reverse Camera System. A quick inquiry would show the system on a different market place, which Ebay filter system does not like...The Ebay filter even perceives the brand name as offending, which is really strange. Since the purchase, seller replaced that camera system with this other product, which has a totally different mirror unit (no visible camera unit on the mirror pointed at the windshield) and the rear camera fastens to the license plate bracket. The install is a true challenge as you have to find a way to get the rear camera cable inside the car without drilling the sheet metal. Also, you have to run/route the cable over the HEADLINER, which involves removing all of the trim panels and weatherstripping on the car side you're using (either driver or passenger side). That's how people brake the fastening clips on the pillar covers since on most cars the panels are made to either not be removed, or to brake and be replaced (source of constant revenue for part manufacturers). The cameras themselves provide for great image quality (Front: indeed 1980x1080 pixels; Rear: 1280x720 pixels). One drawback is that the front camera has a built-in "back-up" battery that it just doesn't seem to charge, although it is plugged into the cigarette lighter socket ALL THE TIME. Even when driving for hours with the screen off, the battery icon on display mode shows as "EMPTY". Also, the DATE/TIME setting does not stick, it reverts back to manufacturing date every time you turn the car off. It needs to be reset it every time you start the car. This is really cumbersome if you purchase it to use it as a "witness" in case of an unpredictable accident. Would I buy again for my second car? Most likely not. As I said, it is a good value for the price ($ 28), but in the process of installing it you risk braking plastics worth hundreds of dollars. I have purchased this unit/system for my wife to have an extra "eye" when backing up, err on the safe side, but if you still have unhindered vision (no need to wear glasses, no visual impairment, no physical condition to prevent you from turning your neck/back to see the backing-up area), then probably it is better to spend those $ on maintenance items (spark plugs, replacement bulbs, oil, filters, etc.)Read full review

Does not hold charge by itself. U cannot just put it on the watch to charge and go. It is merely a middle man to get the watch to charge. You have to plug the USB into this thing that connects to the watch..if u take the USB out it will not charge. Unlike the one I thought I was buying that I can just snap it on and go without having to wait or locate a plug to charge it..

I love this, It was easy to install and works perfect. Sometimes you have to adjust the mirror to get rid of the glare. but you would have to do the same thing if it wasn't there.

Great, it did cost me $125 to have my car mechanic to install, I just didn't feel that I could do it and I am glad that I did not. It is more involved than the product lets on, or maybe it is just that I am not that willing to take off the inside trim and would rather have someone else do it that would not break any of the pieces. Once installed, it works great. The mechanic decided to get one for his car!

As far as I can tell, this is a good product. However, it is a different size than the cradle that my watch requires. This is NOT the fault of the seller. I should have done better research. So, if you are in need of the cradle that I bought, I'll gladly send it to you for the cost of shipping.
