this ssd is not the latest greatest ssd on the market, but for me it is perfect. i'am using this drive as a boot drive with a secondary standard hdd for storage .

I did have issues making this drive work. However I was able to clone my original operating system to the new drive when I burned mini partition tool from www_partitionwizard_com . The issue I had was windows could not make a system partition. Mini tool replicated the original partition. I used a sata external enclosure to migrate the system. I use the old hard drive as an external drive for my net book. I disassembled and installed this drive in an Asus EEE 1005HAB. Works like a champ once I over came the partition issue. If you purchase this item mini tool is a must. I downloaded an ISO of the self boot partition manager. I hope that helps.
