Easy Easy installation. I now have 4 of these cameras. The first I bought from a retailer at a higher price. I liked it so much I wanted to buy another and found Ebay was the better resource. I can monitor my home from my smartphone, pad, or laptop. I just wish the night vision was just a little better quality. This camera does monitor sounds as well. I love the feature of being able to communicate with those in range of the camera. Scared the crap out of my granddaughter when i caught her going in my room to search for goodies, while I was working in another area of our home. :-)

I bought this Oco camera on ebay. It worked fine for about a week then it went offline. When I checked it, it was simply dead. I tried it with another cord and plug. Nothing. When I plugged it in again it smelled like it was burning, very unsettling feeling. I called customer service and they were very friendly and got back to me right away, but they essentially told me there is nothing they can do to help me. It is simply a P.O.S. So, in the trash it goes. The scariest part was the smell of melting or burning from the camera itself, not the plug..... ugh
