Comes with everything pictured, DOES NOT INCLUDE the power supply. I am the original owner of this monitor, however, it stopped working recently. I think it may be the backlight or the inverter board. I don’t want to fix it myself so I am selling on eBay . The working power supply is in another listing, if you are interested In general, it’s in pretty good shape; minor scratches to be expected. Could work for you if you like to fix computer monitors.
