Big Roll, Great Value
I recently started applying the material in my Volvo S60. I had the front seats and carpets out so I started with the floor pan area. When tapped the thin metal would "ring" before application. After application the area felt more solid, and would only give a "thunk" when tapped with a knuckle. Also working on the trunk area, same thin metal, so I expect to reduce road noise and improve subwoofer bass after application. There will probably be some leftover material to apply to the rear deck, you get your money's worth with Rockmat. The paper backing peels easily and product adhesion is excellent. The roller is handy to flatten large areas and press the material for best adhesion. Be sure to clean the areas to receive Rockmat well, I used cleaner(like Simple Green), water, a brush and a ...
