I have owned 3 pairs of the KRK KNS8400s and I can't really say enough about them. I use them for live mixing at my church, and what a great accessory to have. Please note, these are intended for mixing purposes as the eq on these is meant to "flat" so that what you hear thru the mixing board is what you are recording. Sure, they can be used for normal every day listening, and may be tweaked for such, but you will be disappointed if you are a basshead or looking for the Mariah Carey high twill. They are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods, for me anyways. I consider myself a "long-term" wearer as I constantly have a set of headphones atop my head for hours at a time do to audio, and video, editing. I recently tried a pair of AT ATH M50's, which cost a little more, that really put a squeeze on my head. I didn't make it an hour with them on before I had to switch back to the KNS8400s. I'm not knocking the AT brand, they sound excellent, but were uncomfortable for "me" to wear.Read full review

Great price for this brand new product. Nice timely delivery . I brought this product to start building my studio from the ground up and I wanted to start by buying pieces that had great deals and this was my first piece. I'm happy with this product.
Great comfortable fitting headphones , good sound quality, nice and light weight; pricing is a bit high, but I will sum these headphones up as a good buy!
very good headphones for studio, will get another one very soon, I'm very happy with it and i already have 2 of those. me and my clients feel very comfortable using them when recording, the sound doesn't go to the microphone.
I am definitely impressed. I have traditionally relied on Bose headphones, but wanted something with a truer response for recording and mixing. These were exactly what I was looking for.
