Setup Instructions

After installing Sharpfolio (WordPress 2.5+ is highly recommended), you must go to the Settings page of your WordPress Dashboard, then the Miscellaneous panel. Set the Medium Size to 500px wide and 800px high. This will ensure that the images you post appear nicely in your portfolio. Install and configuration instructions included in download.

How to post in Sharpfolio

It’s a little different to posting in a normal blog. I seriously recommend reading these instructions on how to post projects in your portfolio.

Bad, There should be no reason. We have thousands of people using this theme. Do you have your permissions st correctly?

  5. When you are taken to the archive view, it just looks ugly… Is there a way to clean that up? Also, the custom fields aren’t included into the RSS feed. Is there away to make that possible? Thanks! Love the theme.

Jake, try using a plugin by iDunzo.com. It really organizes things nicely. I use it here on Webrevolutionary. ;)

Any idea on how to change Title Text into a logo graphic of the same size? Id like to upload my own logo instead. Thank you!

  8. Eddie says:

I would create a graphic that is around 400×60 and just replace the H1 information with your image src information. Should be fairly straight forward.

Why when you try to add an image, you click insert into post and nothing happens. Why would you distribute this when it doesn’t always work. I am on a mac using safari and mozilla, both have same problem. Problem exists with add image and add media.

Hey, I’m not too familiar with code, but i can read most of it. I do have some support from my technology manager, and we can’t figure out how to get the title of PAGES to not appear as the title of the custom field in the page.

Eg. I have a page called Television, which appears in the navigation menu like i want it to. But if i add something as a custom field….television shows up as the main title! I want to know if i can control the title of the custom field in pages…

    PLEASE HELP!

Eddie, any chance you can post the code here? Am struggling with finding what to change where.

Also, how can I change the layout, so my sites starts with the About page, instead of Work?

    Thanks!

    Hey guys,

I’d like to use my wordpress-blog as a portfolio for my work.
I found this theme, which seems to fit perfectly for my intentions, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work.
When I install the theme, my blog appears to be nothing but a blank white screen!
    What have I done wrong?

I hope you can help me,
    thanks,
    Ev4n
