		<description>Identifying a gap in the market is good. However stating that YouTube was the first and that&#039;s why it was successful is unfounded. The market itself has to be ready to accept a technology, and the under appreciated infrastructure must be at a point to even make this possible. Xerox invented the laptop in the early &#039;80s. Yup, but the infrastructure and market were not ready for something like that. Just because you&#039;re first and it&#039;s easy doesn&#039;t mean it will succeed. You have to have convergence of market, technology, and innovation. You almost always can achieve two, but the illusive third is what keeps people from cashing in.  You have a great 2nd point, and 1 should segue more into it. Just my two cents.</description>
