We at Terashack will choose the best shipping method for your order—generally USPS First Class. Depending on the order, we may choose expedited shipping or FedEx Home Delivery at no extra charge.
- Standard Shipping is FREE and available within the United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, all major U.S. protectorates and territories or to APO/FPO addresses with tracking numbers included on all orders.
- You can expect your order to arrive within 14 business days if shipped to the contiguous U.S.
- Domestic customers outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time.
- You may wish to choose Priority or Expedited Shipping for an extra $6.99 (Non-refundable).
All of our items have a 30-day return policy. We will only charge a restocking fee for the reasons listed below.
If the item its being returned because it's damaged or defective, you may return it FREE of charge within 30 days for a replacement or for a full refund. Manufacturer warranty comes in place after 30 days have passed.
Restocking fees
We will charge a restocking fee if:
- Your order was returned because the address provided was wrong or incomplete.
- You refused the package.
- You returned an item that is "No longer needed".
- You selected an additional shipping service such as Priority or Expedited shipping.
We won't charge a restocking fee if:
- Your items were damaged in transit.
- Your items are defective.
