This speaker works fantastic and has been occasionally used as a single. I unfortunately lost the other speaker and connecting cable 2 or 3 years ago and would sometimes use this one on its own. It sounds amazing, is loud, clear and warm. The speaker elements are free of any damage, and the grille is included.
Selling alone for that someone whose master speaker/amplifier has failed in some form can use this as a replacement, or is fine with using a single. You can connect via RCA, though the sound will just be one channel unless you have another to link it to.
It is the real deal, and heavy; 18 pounds on its own. Will be cushioned well for shipment.
