I am very satisfied with the weight and fit of the product.
However, even though it is a Bose mid-to-high-end product, this product has unstable multi-point connections.
Even when connecting to a Windows 10 PC, the connection sometimes appears unstable.
I have several Bose wireless products, but no matter how good the sound quality is and how comfortable they are to wear, I can't help but be disappointed by the occasional lag in music playback.

Headphones shipped quickly. They came in a certified refurbished box all sealed up as if it were new! Only problem for mine was that the fabric inside the ear cups was pushed in and not really attached the side walls. doesn't really bother me but it's definitely not "like new". close to it, just not perfect
