The product is fine mostly, but what I don't like and didn't know enough to ask was it has no way of stiffening the cable and (I haven't checked others) the ability to focus. otherwise it's made well, the cable length is nice, simple hook up and use

I installed the recommended app on my iPhone and it would never connect. The instructions for the PC software say to disable your anti-virus software before installing. I skipped that all together. To get the camera to work I installed the official Microsoft camera app to my laptop and when I flipped it to the rear facing camera, it swapped to the endoscope. The LED lights were completely useless. I had to use a flashlight to make out what anything was. The little attachments are just as low quality as the rest. Downloading the app was easy but it doesn’t tell you to go into your WiFi settings and connect to the camera each time you turn it off and on. I had to use this camera to inspect a flex plate on my truck to see if it was cracked or just had a lose bolt. The camera worked great, I managed to find the lose torque converter bolt. Highly recommend this camera if you need to see into a tight spot. You can also take images and videos as you use the camera, also a great feature.
