Easy to install
I loved how easy they were to install and put on the doors and windows. They are not super loud but loud enough that I will be able to know if someone opened a window. I put one on my back screen door and forgot to turn it off and it definitely startled me when i opened the door. I would for sure order more.

Low audio
They seem fine except the audio isn't a ear piercing sound I was looking for. I wanted something to be heard a couple of rooms away and the sound isn't loud enough to cause confusion as to where it is located. The 90db audio ones are so loud you really cant tell where it originates from.

Display case alarms
bought these to protect some display cases in a small museum. The cases are often out of staff's sight and are sometimes not locked. People try to "look" a little closer at something and these alert us when the case is open. They came with batteries in them. I have two comments on these units. One is that, is the sticky tape is VERY sticky. The second you touch it to something even to try and position it the glue sticks! Work very carefully. I had to replace some tapes with double sided foam tape from the hardware store. The second comment is orientation. The magnet must be located on only one side. Sometimes you have to turn the unit upside down to make the 2 parts work together. Also found these in my local Dollar store for a DOLLAR and they can be oriented to the magnet from either ... bought these to protect some display cases in a small museum. easy to install
I like these, there easy to install, the batteries last about a year so I just get more of these to change the batteries instead of changing the device. I personally do not need a 24 hour monitoring system in my home because we live in Florida and we have a stand your ground law here, all i need to do is hear it go off and if the intruder comes in or doesn't run off, oh well, every time he goes to the bathroom he will remember the time he tried to come in my house uninvited because, i will shoot at the genitals with my shot gun, not the head. I really like this product. The price is quite reasonable. It is truly wireless and has adhesive backing so you don't even need tools to install it. It's great for windows or doors not connected to you alarm system. You can even put them on bedroom doors, cabinet doors, etc. These are also great for apartments. You can install them where you like, and when you move you won't be leaving an expensive alarm system behind. I would think you can even use these in your college dorm room.
